Hi!
I made a form and followed all the steps to create a QR Code after the form submission as a confirmation. But I cant see the QR code in the form nor the confirmation email or Thank You page.
I have tried everything

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.

Hi,
Thanks for using Jotform. The issue has been fixed. Please delete your current Dynamic QR Code widget and add a new one to your form. Keep in mind that deleting a field will delete it's related data, so you might consider backing up your data.
