Also, I have a form (session notes) that I fill out for different clients. I have rules set for the pdf of the form to be sent via email to the client after I submit. Is there a way to create a rule to send the pdf to a specific trello board and list based on the client I am filling it out for. So if choose “Bob” as my client and fill out a form about Bob. I have jotform board named “Bob” with a list of “2025 session notes”. I want a new card under that list to be created and to include the pdf version of my Bob notes. Does that make sense?

    Hi lbrtrucks,

I’ll need a bit of time to check on this. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

    Hi lbrtrucks,

If I understand correctly, what you're trying to do is set up your form so that when you select a specific client, for example, Bob, the session note PDF automatically gets sent to that client’s corresponding Trello board and list (e.g., “Bob” board > “2025 session notes” list). While that would be a really useful workflow, I wanted to clarify what’s currently possible with Jotform’s Trello integration.

At the moment, the Trello integration only allows you to connect your form to one specific board and one list, and that setup is fixed. It doesn’t currently support conditional logic to send submissions or PDFs to different boards/lists depending on the client you choose in the form.

You can still integrate your form with Trello to automatically create a new card per submission, and any file uploads, including PDFs, will appear as attachments on those cards, but only in the board and list you've selected during the setup.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
