I am creating my first form and it is a student sign-up form that will be connected to active campaign. The information will be transferred to active campaign to create a contact.
Each student form has the ability to have two people's information on it, as I teach couples, and I would like to have two separate contacts created.
It doesn't appear that I have the option to do this, as the fields that appear "connectable" to active campaign are only the ones that apply to the first person on the form.
I do not want to pay for Zapier to connect the two, so please advise me on how I can have information for two separate contacts come from one of your forms and be delivered to active campaign

Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to create two separate contacts in Active Campaign from a single Jotform submission for your student sign-up form. Currently, Jotform does not support creating multiple contacts directly from a single form submission without using a tool like Zapier. However, there are a few approaches you can consider:
- Duplicate Fields: You can duplicate the fields for the second student on your form. This way, you can capture both students' information in separate fields.
- Use Webhooks: You can set up a webhook to send the data to your server, where you can then create two contacts in Active Campaign programmatically.
- Custom Integration: If you have development resources, you can create a custom integration using the Active Campaign API to handle the creation of two contacts based on the submission data.
Unfortunately, without using Zapier or a custom solution, there is no built-in functionality in Jotform to achieve this directly. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
