Hi,
When I copy and paste a URL for a form I created and named "Showcase Your Branch on Social Media: Info Submission Form" (see first image) it shows up as being named "New Team Member/New Hire Spotlight" in their feed, and it's confusing them (see second image). I can't change the URL (and have already tried) because it's been shared with 1500 people. I've tried clearing cache, etc., but why is it doing this? I need it to show as the proper form name "Showcase Your Branch on Social Media: Info Submission Form."
Thank you! Haverly

Hi Haverly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To show the form name when sharing a link, like on a messaging app, you need to update your form page title. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on the Show More Options button and scroll down to Page Title, then enter your form name into the textbox.
Here's my result:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
