I want to know if Jot forms can help me with Loan payments and tracking

Hi Salim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have more than 1600+ PDF Templates that you can use to build your PDF. They're so easy to use. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Jotform PDF Templates page and search template you are looking for.
- Hover over the template images and click on Preview to take a quick look.
- If you find the PDF template you're looking for, click on Use Template in the window that opens.
- On the page that opens, select the form you’d like to apply this PDF document to or click on Create A New Form. That's it.
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form, and then select Start From Scratch.
- Now, select the Classic Form layout, and your form will be created.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the top-left side of the page.
- Add the fields that you want to have on your form, and then click on the Payments tab.
- Click on a Payment Gateway, and then click on Connect in the menu on the right side of the screen.
- Once you connect your account in the window that opens, you'll be ready to collect payments through your form.
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.

I really want to speak with someone - as I want to build a process .. and I want to make sure jotforms can help me achieve this..
Essentially the process is
Step 1 Loan Request is sent with some information.
Step 2 - Approval Manager will approve
Step 3 - relevant E-sign document including auto eft sign up forms are filled out (I want to know which integration will help us with automatic eft set up) (Also we want to use this same platform to send money to the recipients - kindly guide which integration will help us with this)
Step 4 - Payment Tracking - as payments are made by the gateway automatically - the updated balance should be tracked and should be displayed in a google sheet traker. (there is no interest involved in the payment)
Can jot form achieve this?

We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.
All the steps you provided can be done using Jotform. Just keep in mind that the loan form or services can be flagged by our system as offering a fake service or application scam. This can be fixed by providing us with company documents as proof and changing your account email address to a corporate email address.
If that is okay with you, we can guide you in creating your form. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I am going to create a new account - with non profit organization. But I wanted to see if this can be achieved or not as we are right now working to get an approval.

Hi Salim,
The requirements that you mentioned can be achieved with Jotform. You can sign up for a non-profit account and test Jotform features. In case it doesn't align with your expectations, you can reach out to us again and request a cancelation and refund within 30 days from the upgrade date.
