How can I send Input Table data in the Orderable List widget?

I'm trying to make two blocs interact in the same form.

First, I've createed an input table with different subjects to rate from 1 to 5.

Then, I want to display the positive results (choices 4 and 5) in a sortable list that will appear when a selection is made in the input table.

When all the positive results entered in the table are displayed in the sortable list, they must be able to re-rank this list.

Is that possible ?
