The last entry that I can see was on the 13 December 2023. The forms have been used up to the end of April 2024. I cannot see any of my old data from then. How do I get access to this? Do I have a limit?

Hi smdanyana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try checking your submission table to see if it is not filtered? If not, you can try filtering your submission to the preferred month. Also, check your table trash folder to see if it was not accidentally deleted. Here's how to do it:
Checking tables if it's not filtered:
- On the Jotform Tables, click on Filter on the right side of the Search Bar section.
- If it's filtered, click on the Trash icon of each filter or click on the X icon to delete it.
Checking the Trash folder:
- On the Jotform Tables, click the Three Vertical Dots icon next to your form tab.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trash entries.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi smdanyana,
Can you share with us the form URL that you are referring to? Also, we'll need access to your account to check more into this. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
