Please cancel any subscription or any account concerning myself. It would have been a mistake because I don't need any service from Jotform exwcept my access to the Jotform of Park & Fly service in Menorca

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that the email address you used to submit this help ticket is tied to a Jotform account with Starter subscription, no paid subscription to be cancelled. The form on this account will work as long as the account is within the limits. You can check our pricing page for a quick overview of the plan limits.
But, if you're referring to a different account, can you share the email address tied to the account in the issue?

Hello and thank you for this quick response. I understand that I need to cancel a subscription that I did not want to subscribe to. I was only trying to log in to the joteform account of my parking provider in Menorca, park and fly. How can I cancel this subscription that I never wanted to validate because I do not need your services, undoubtedly good quality, but useless to me; thank you for helping me.

Hi Philippe,
The Jotform account tied to this email address has a booking form. If you confirm that you do not need this account, you can delete this account. You can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
