Hello! I only have 2 forms in my account but it’s telling me I’m almost at my limit. How do I clear my data and why is it getting full so fast?

Hi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I saw that it was nearly reaching its account uploads limit. I then manually recalculated your account uploads and it goes down to 26.83 MB /1000.00 MB used. So, the issue was due to the system not being able to automatically recalculate your account usage. You should now be able to continue working with your forms.
