    How do I remove agent from my mobile app?

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account, and you currently don't have any AI agents created. Can you share with us a screenshot of the AI agent you're seeing on your mobile app? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our support forum:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Is the app and AI created on a different account? Can you share the app's URL so we can check what's happening?

    Hi James,

    Let me show you how to remove the AI Agent from your app:

    1. In App Builder, click on Settings on the purple navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select AI Chatbot from the left side window.
    3. Click on the Three Dots icon of your agent and click on Remove. Remove the AI agent from my Jotform App Image 1 Screenshot 20
