Jotform Mobile App: Forms are not showing

    My forms won’t show on the mobile app, there should be 12 that show on the desktop versions. I have deleted and reinstalled tbe mobile app, and synced my account but it still won’t show all my elements.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're having trouble viewing all of your forms in the mobile app. Let me help you with that.

    To troubleshoot this issue, can you try the following steps:

    1. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
    2. Log out of your Jotform account on the mobile app.
    3. Clear the app's cache and data (if possible in your device settings).
    4. Log back in to the Jotform mobile app.
    5. Sync your forms again within the app.

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, could you provide the following information so we can investigate further?

    • The make and model of your mobile device.
    • The operating system version of your mobile device.
    • The version of the Jotform Mobile App you are using.
    • A screenshot of what you see on your mobile app.

    Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    I have done all the steps and it still won't function.

    I am using an IphoneSE

    Operating system IOS 18.4

    Jotform Version 2.11.11 (556)

    I had already posted the screenshot above of what I'm seeing.

    Hi Obrist,

    I've tried to log in on the latest version of the Jotform Mobile App, and it shows all my forms. Take a look at my screenshot:

    Can you try to log in using a different mobile device and make sure that it's updated to the latest version? Can you try to uninstall the app and reinstall again?

    Hello,

    I do not have a different mobile device to use. The app used to work correctly on my current device that I listed above.

    Again, I have tried several times to delete and download the app again (the most current version), but it still doesn't show my forms. It will however show my sign documents and tables for some reason.

    Are there any other fixes besides uninstalling the app? because that has not been successful.

    Hi Leah,

    You can manually sync the data on your Jotform Mobile app. I can show you how to sync your data on the Jotform Mobile App. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

    2. While in Settings, scroll down and tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.

    If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without any issues, you should enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform App in your phone settings.

    Hello, I have tried syncing tbe data as well… I still cannot see my forms

    Hi Leah,

    I have checked my Jotform Mobile App on my device and I can see that it is working properly. Check out the screenshot shown below:

    Make sure you're logged into the account with correct email address to access your account on Jotform Mobile App.

    I am logged into the correct account. Everything is updated to the current version. I have deinstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I have done a sync in the settings. I don’t know what else I can do, it just isn’t functioning

    Hi Obrist,

    I tested with an IOS device, and my forms are showing as expected. Check this out:

    Since most of the potential fix, like reinstalling the app doesn't help resolve the issue, and using another device isn't an option. I've gone ahead and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Hello Obrist,

    I've investigated the issue you're facing and I realized that all your forms are inside the 2 different teams. You can access your teams by selecting one of your team. You can follow below path to find your forms.

    Menu -> My Teams -> Your Team
