Payments: How to add service Fee?

We want to add a $1 service charge to each order, regardless the size of the order. How can we do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you'd like to add a service charge of $1 for every transaction done through your form, I suggest adding a tax fee and renaming it Service fee. This will make the Service fee to be added automatically to your total. Let me show you how to add it:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the Total section of your form and click on it.
2. Open the Payment Settings panel by clicking on the wand icon that will appear on the right side of the Total section.
3. In the Payment Settings panel, click on the Tax tab. Then, set your Base Tax Rate to 1% and set the Tax Text on the Form to Service Fee.
