Form still unavailable even after deleting all submissions

    I've already deleted trashed entries and upload space is still marked as full. Is it possible to update this behind the scenes?

    Hi plasmagandalla,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I check out your account, and the usage uploads are the issue. You can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up your storage. Before doing that, you can back up your data by downloading the submission files. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Forms, select the form.
    2. Click on the Submissions button.

    3. In Jotform Tables, click on the Download All button on the left side of the page.
    4. Click on the Download Attachments option.

    Now that you've downloaded your submissions with attachments, try to delete and purge them. Check like in below:
