AI Agent: When an option is selected it opens a tab for new conversation

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with the AI Agent Builder resetting at the last option. Please assist in addressing this problem.

I have reviewed the recordings and accessed your AI Agent. I can see that you've set up an action. Can you try to use the teach your agent? Type in Toilet issues and check if the agent will use the action that you've set up. If it's responding properly in the Teach your agent. Open the live agent and check if it's doing the same thing. If the same issue,  we suggest you try it on a different browser and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.

If the issue continues, to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, our team would like to clone your AI agent along with its associated knowledge base. By replicating your environment, we can more accurately diagnose the problem and work on a tailored solution. Rest assured that all data will be handled securely and used solely for troubleshooting purposes in line with our strict privacy and security policies. Once the issue is resolved, the cloned AI agent and all associated data will be deleted.

Your AI Agent is set to private. For us to clone it, can you change the settings to Public? Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Under the Direct link to your Agent, click on Settings.
3. In the pop-up, select Public Agent.

Good morning, I am still having issues. In the teach your agent, it works, see below. I cleared cache and cookies, tried it on another browser and it is still doing the same thing.

It is listed as public so you are good to clone and test.

​​I was able to recreate the issue on my cloned form. The AI Agent automatically converted the options to a hyperlink. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. Since there's no way to remove the hyperlink, we can train the AI Agent to remove the hyperlink. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

2. Click on Teach Your Agent in the menu on the left side of the page.

3. Then enter this text: remove the hyperlink on Toilet issues, Sink leaks, Shower or bathtub problems, Other leaks or clogs.

4. It will show you that the action has been updated, click Yes Proceed.

5. Now let's test the live agent. In the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

6. Then click on Open in New Tab.

The AI Agent will provide common categories and the user needs to type in. You can follow the same steps for the other categories if an agent shows the options with hyperlinks.

Our internal clone of your AI agent and associated data used during our tests has been deleted.
