Hello,
I did the invite a friend to Jotforms to receive the additional 10 signatures to my account.
When will this be updated?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I can see that your monthly submission limit has been increased to 110. Note that we do not have an option to increase the signed document limit; this only applies to the monthly submissions.
It appears that you reached the 10 monthly signed documents limit for the Starter Plan. The monthly signed document limit counts if you created a signed document and someone filled it out, or your form has enabled Jotform Sign.
To clarify, signatures can be collected without counting toward the monthly document limit. If you only need to collect signatures and don't require a signed document (different from PDF submission document ), you can disable the option so it won't count in your monthly signed document usage. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
- Toggle off the button for Enable Jotform Sign Automation
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
