We would like to ask for sensitive info and a signature. What is the best way to do this?

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Encrypting your forms with signatures is as easy. All you have to do is enable encryption from the Form Settings tab, verify your Jotform account, and create a custom access code. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- Then, turn on Encrypt Form Data to encrypt it.
3. Verify your account using email or your password.
4. Then, enter your desired access code to encrypt the form data and check the terms. Note that once you forgot your access code, you can't view the form.
5. Lastly, click on Enable Encryption.
Note that once you view the submissions, it will require you to enter the password. Check out the image below:
We have a guide on How to Enable Form Encryption that you can check.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your instruction. I have one remaining issue. The signature field will be included in the encryption. The notification email that is sent to the admin shows the signature at the bottom. That is unsecure.
How can we include the signature in all of the encryption fields?

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Indeed, I see in our system that the signature is attached to your Notification email. When I did a clone of your form ID 250914164335050, no entry is displayed into the Notification email content, as it should be and as shown below:
As I understand, this happens because you activated the encryption after having done a submission. So, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
In the meantime, I cleared your form cache, since this might help to update our form, and if the issue stills, I'd suggest deleting your actual Notification email and to recreate it,
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Lauren,
I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
When I've checked your form, I've noticed that you've disabled the Encrypt Form Data option. Does the issue still persist on your end? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
