    Hi,

We get this message in our notification for New Customer Account Application, so we're unable to access the documents that are uploaded within the form, is there a way to access those?

    Hi Group_Meridian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that the files uploaded by the user are more than 5 MB. It's important to note that while users can attach files up to 10MB file size to your form, email attachments are limited to 5MB. It will show a link to the PDF if it exceeds the limit. If you want to disable the 5MB limit, you must send the email using your email domain by setting up SMTP for your forms.

On the other hand, you can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page including the file attachments in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
    2. Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions and the file upload field column if you added one.
