We use a jotform to collect donations on our charity site. I would like to be able to create an automatic receipt, is that possible?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that you're using the Donation Payment Type. Unfortunately, it's not possible to use the native invoice feature with this payment type. However, we can attach a Submission PDF Report to your Autoresponder instead. This way, your customers will receive an email with a PDF on form submission. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigational bar at the top, and click Emails on the left side panel.
- Next, click on the Pen icon over your green Autoresponder Email.
- Then under the Advanced tab, Enable the Attach PDF option.
- Select your preferred PDF template, and click on the Save button at the bottom.
Now, we can go ahead and customize your PDF template in PDF editor. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Quick Navigational arrow on the top left corner of the page, and click on PDF Editor.
- In PDF Editor, your template can be updated by clicking and dragging elements around, templates can also be used which is found in PDF Designer menu. Click on the Paint Roller icon on the right, and click on the Templates tab.
- Next, select one of the available templates and that's it. There are templates available for receipts, invoices and so on.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Thanks so much, hopefully I got it right.
I did a test donation and it looks fine.
