    Hi LatinoBuilt,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have an Orderable List widget that allows users to reorder items by dragging and dropping them into the desired order. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Orderable List and add it to your form.
    3. In the Widget Settings window that opens up or by clicking the field's wand iconadd your options under the List Items.
    4. Click on Update Widget and that's it.

Is there a way to set a condition based on the ranking? For instance, if 'documents' is ranked among the top five selections, could the survey automatically skip to question X instead of displaying all follow-up questions?

    Hi KCDCOps,

The conditions will not work directly with the widget, but there is a workaround. You can use a condition with the CONTAINS option instead. For example, the serial number may change if you move the options up or down, so using CONTAINS makes it more flexible. Check this demo form to illustrate the approach.
