Need to recover a deleted form

I need help recovering a form that was permanently deleted.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, if you've permanently deleted a form and its data in Jotform, it cannot be recovered. However, if you've only moved the form to the Trash folder, you can restore it. You can restore deleted forms from the Trash folder, provided they have not been purged. Here’s how to do it:

1. In your WorkSpace page, click on the Trash folder located on the lower left side of the page.
2. Hover over a form and then click the Restore button.

For more detailed instructions, you can refer to our guide on how to restore deleted forms. Keep in mind that forms in the Trash folder can only be restored within 30 days of deletion. After that period, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
