Dear Support:
Our Class of 2025 project has come to an end, and I need to remove the credit card from the account. Our user name was jaseniors2025.
Most important, I need to be sure we are not charged for a plan on April 7, 2025. Can you confirm please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After reviewing our system, I found that your account is set to be downgraded on June 7th, 2025. Please note that your subscription will not renew on April 7th, 2025. Rest assured, you will not be charged for the renewal.
Furthermore, the card on file can only be removed after the subscription is canceled, which for your account will occur on June 7th, 2025.
