If someone signed up for a time slot on my jotform, and later wanted to relinquish their time slot, how do I make that time slot an available option again?

Hi Emma,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For the timeslot to be available again, you need to delete & purge the submission of that person in your Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In your Jotform Tables, click the checkbox of the submission who canceled the appointment.
- Click the Delete Button at the upper right part of the page.
- In the pop-up, click on Move to Trash.
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Once done, the canceled appointment slot should be available again in your appointment.
