Set pricing based on query of jotform table

I am creating a jotform used to register artist entries into an upcoming gallery exhibit. The entry fees are based on whether or not the artist is a member of the gallery association or not (i.e. member fee is lower than non-member fee.).

I have already created a membership entry form that captures name, email, etc. and membership payment date. Memberships are renewable every year . I sucessfully added a column to the membership table to logically determine if the membership date is less than one year ago.

Assuming email address is a key/unique record index, I would like to have the artist enter their email address in the exhibit registration form, lookup the email address in the membership table, if member-in-good-standing is true, chare the member fee else charge the nonmember fee.

Sorry to ramble but I'm hoping this is possible using jotform.

Is this possible and if so, any insight into accomplishing would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi LR Bradley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, member and nonmember have different pricing, and you want the pricing applied automatically, based on the email address they enter, whether its an associated member or not, is that correct?

It's currently not possible to look up data directly from the table, but you can download the existing data to excel, then use Spreadsheet to Form widget to verify if the email address is a registered member. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you're trying to do, but if there's something more to it, let us know and provide more details so we can help you further.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
