Prepopulate Field Data To Another Form

I am trying to send the data field "Full Name" from Form 1 to Form 2. The data is not being sent to Form 2. The "Full Name" field in Form 2 remains blank.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The URL parameter format appears to be incorrect. Could you try updating it to the format below?

I added the URL you sent, but the Full Name in Form 2 remains blank.

I never had so many problems with a program as I have with Jotform. Everything I try ends in a roadblock. I may have to reach out and pay someone for something I should be able to do on my own.
