I created a form that creates a case in Salesforce. This part of the form works properly. However, I also need the form to pull in the contact information of the sender on the case that is created. I cannot get this to work. Can you please provide guidance? TY

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To my understanding, there's no contact being created on your Salesforce. Is that right? However, I've checked your Action logs and the Create Case and Create Contact were both successful. Check out my screenshot below:
