    Hi Nick,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To add an image, you can use the Image element. Then, you create a Show/Hide Field conditional logic.

    Adding Image:

    1. In Form Builder, click Add Elements on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, click on the Image element. How to change images based on dropdown selections? Image 1 Screenshot 70
    3. Under the General tab, click on Choose a File.
    4. Click on the Upload File button under the Upload tab and select your image. How to change images based on dropdown selections? Image 2 Screenshot 81

Creating a Show/Hide Field conditional logic:

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Go to Conditions on the left menu.
    3. Click on Show/Hide Field. How to change images based on dropdown selections? Image 3 Screenshot 92
