Keep in mind that all orders processed through the form are managed by the form owner, and Jotform does not have control over order status updates. To update your order status or request any changes, we recommend contacting the form owner directly.
If you need help finding their contact information, you can check the confirmation email you received after submitting the form or reach out to the organization/business that provided you with the form link.
