Unable to open my account

    I'm trying to log in to my account, but it doesn't let me. I didn't receive any emails from Jotform regarding my account status. I would like to create a ticket for this email issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Jotform account and it is in good standing. Are you encountering any issues or error messages when you try to access your account? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
