Change addDays Date format

The addDays date format is shown in the attached jpg

I'd like to have the format to be "04-15-2026", instead of the "Tue Apr 14 2026"

Is there any way to get this format.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recommend using a Date Picker element for the Add Days, Output field, instead of a Short Text field. This way, you'll get the format that you want. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, select Date Picker, and change the field label.

Now, let's update the conditions you have:

1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.

2. Select Conditions from the menu on the left.

3. Hover your mouse over the conditions, and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.

4. Set the conditions as shown in the screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
