PDF Attachment: Word document as attachment

Our team needs the ability to edit the attached document, which is a PDF. I wondered if you are working on or have the ability to have a word document.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that your team is looking for the ability to attach a Word document instead of a PDF for editing purposes. Currently, Jotform primarily supports PDF attachments in email notifications. Although direct attachment of Word documents is not possible right now, you can use the PDF Editor to modify and personalize PDF reports. If your requirement is to allow editing directly within a document, you might consider downloading the PDF and then converting it to a Word document for editing before sharing it.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
