Hello.
Can I block a person's access to an app that I created using Jotform? -

Hi Ida,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Presently, it isn't possible to block a person's access to an app. Since the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. But exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Ida,
I was informed that you can consider setting the Access Setting into Private, so only those who are invited can view the app. Additionally, you can revoke someone from the Access Settings anytime. Let me walk you through the steps:
Changing your Access Settings:
- In App Builder, click on Publish at the top purple navigation bar.
- Click on Public Access beside Your App Link.
- Select Private Access, and the change will automatically saved.
Inviting respondent to use your form:
- In App Builder, click on Publish at the top purple navigation bar.
- Under Invite By Email, enter the email you would like to invite.
- Then, click on Send Invitation.
Revoke access from your app:
- In App Builder, click on Publish at the top purple navigation bar.
- Click on the icon beside Invite by Email.
- Check the box you would like to revoke.
- Then, click on Revoke. Follow the wizard to complete the revoke.
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
