Request for submission copy.

I need to get a copy of my application filled out with Ruff Road Rival. I filled out the application and signed it using your app, and I received a copy of it before. Now I am trying to retrieve that copy again.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can confirm that an email notification was sent to you. You should be able to see it in your inbox. Now, if you deleted it from your inbox, you will need to contact the form owner or the one who shared the form to you. That way, they may send you a copy of your submission.
