Why is the Print button still showing?

    The button appears even though the print button is turned off. Also, the colour of the button is not reflected and remains grey. https://gyazo.com/f9a7f6cac982bae642b8e178ca34a1a5

    Hi t_akiyama,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The print button that you're seeing is coming from the Review Before Submit widget that you have on your form. See the screenshot below:

    You can easily disable this button. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Review Before Submit widget and click the Gear icon.

    2. Scroll down and select No in the Show print button question.

    3. Click the Update button and you're done.

    The button is no longer displayed in future.

    Hi t_akiyama,

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Hi t_akiyama,

    There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developers again. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.

    Thanks for using Jotform. The issue is fixed now. Please delete the current Review Before Submit widget and add a new one to your form.
