    When entering all details, as seen in the screen shot provided, Account is Locked.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm sorry to hear that your account was locked out—this may have been due to multiple failed login attempts. I’ve gone ahead and unlocked the account now. Please clear your browser's cache and cookies and try logging in again.

    If you're ever unable to access Jotform, you can reach out to our support team via email at enterprise-support@jotform.com with the phrase “UNABLE TO ACCESS SERVER” in the subject line, and we’ll help you in restoring access.

    Additionally, can reach out to Admin users on your server, as they can also unlock accounts in the Admin Console. This is a quick and easy process that, in most situations, will resolve the lockout much faster than submitting a support ticket.
