I’m building a cruise form. Line #36 ask
”Have you cruised with Carnival before? Yes/No
If No, nothing shows, but if Yes is selected it’s supposed to “show” line #37 “What is your VIFP#?”
But that isn’t happening with the condition I have set up.

Hi Veronica,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form on my end, and it works as it should:
I also cloned the form and tested it on my Jotform Mobile App, and the conditions appear to be working without any issues:
Could you test the form on your mobile browser to see if the issue can be replicated? I also recommend using the latest version of the Jotform app, clearing the app cache, and testing the form again.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

The one you looked at is on the 1st page line #10, That one works. The one I’m having trouble with is on page 3.
On page 1, When they answer “No” to #12 (Are you cruising alone?), on page 3 they answer #27 (How many Peeps in your cabin?). When 2 is entered and the form is filled out…
Line #36 ask
”Have you cruised with Carnival before? Yes/No
If No, nothing shows, but if Yes is selected it’s supposed to “show” line #37 “What is your VIFP#?”
It’s not doing that.

Hi Veronica,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the condition wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Select Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Go to condition #7, click on the pencil icon to edit, remove the #37 field under Hide Multiple section and click on Save.
Here's my result:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
