Stripe Integration: User Charged Once Instead of Subscription

    Hi there,

    I use Stripe and when people are signing and checking out via my jotform, they are charged once and not as a monthly subscription as I intend them to. I need the subscription to be created when they check out via Jotform vs. a one time payment. Let me know what I may be doing wrong.


    In the attached screenshot, Sarah Slaughter signed up for PRO social media but was only charged once - a subscription wasn't created. This is just one example of my recent sign ups.

    Hi Randi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to view the screenshot you shared. Can you send it again so we can better understand what’s going on? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
