App Builder: How to add a form to my app?

I have the Door Knocking Flyer Request form ready to go onto the website/app for people to fill out the form, but I can't figure out how to add it to the other section of the website/app?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. To clarify, would you like to add your form to the app you created in Jotform App Builder? If so, let me show you how:

1. Open your App Builder, and click on Add Element from the left part of your screen.
2. Look for form element and drag it to your app.
3. Select the form you'd like to use from the list and click on Add Forms button.
