Set up promp flowers order form

 to set up a Prom flowers order form for a client's website. However, they have stand-alone products and some 2- product combinations for which they will offer a discount. Rather than create 11 separate forms for individual purchases, do you know how to use the conditional blocks within Cognito Forms workflow so we can put all these options in 1 form? (See attached photo) Each of the price options on the left hand column will require around 5 questions. The combo pricing in the right hand column is 2 items included for a $3 discount, so these would be around 10 questions. Then at the end of the form before the subtotal we would like to give them the option to add on a hand-tied bouquet.

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
