Hi. I'm looking to add in limitations to a form. On my form once an individual selects their "package", I would like the other "package" selections to turn inactive. Basically, they can only select 1 package out of 9 options.

    Hi Jones,

Do you want to hide the other packages if one package is already selected? If yes, then you can set up a Skip To/Hide A Page condition to do this. But I suggest adding another page and for the submit button there. Let me walk you through this:

    1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Add New Page Here. How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 1 Screenshot 100

Then, remove the submit button of your page 3. Let's do this:

    1. In Form Builder, go to page 3 and click on the Trash Can icon of the Submit button. How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 2 Screenshot 111

Let's now set up the Skip To/Hide A Page condition:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
    3. Select Skip to/Hide A Page. How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 3 Screenshot 122
    4. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page. How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 4 Screenshot 133
    5. Here are the other conditions that I've set up:How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 5 Screenshot 144

    Here's the result:

But if you want to only just disable the other packages once a package has been selected already, you can set up the Enable/Require/Mask Field condition. Let me walk you through this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
    3. Select Enable/Require/Mask Field. How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 7 Screenshot 166
    4. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page. How to disable the other options once an option is already selected Image 8 Screenshot 177

Note that you'll not be able to disable multiple fields, so you need to set up this condition to all the fields that you want to disable. Here are the other conditions that I've set up:
