Capacidad del cuestionario Jotform

Buenas Tardes

Me encuentro revisando y cotizando herramientas que faciliten la ejecución de encuestas para mi compañía, estuve revisando su página web, logre capturar bastante información, pero tengo las siguientes dudas sin resolver y quisiera saber si es posible que me puedan ayudar

A Nivel de Configuración del Formulario

1. ¿Es posible que se pueda configurar para asignar un Peso o Valor a cada respuesta?, por ejemplo:

¿Cómo te sientes el día de hoy?

Excelente à Equivale a 5

Bien à Equivale a 4

Regular à Equivale a 3

Mal à Equivale a 2

Pésimo à Equivale a 1

1. ¿Es posible configurar para que cuando ingrese el encuestado a contestar su encuesta, le salga automáticamente un mensaje que le diga por ejemplo que pertenece a XXX Área y su Líder es Juanita Perez?
2. ¿Es posible configurar la fecha de inicio y fin de la encuesta? ¿después de que se cumpla la fecha fin de la encuesta, la encuesta no funcione, ni reciba mas respuestas?
3. ¿Es posible limitar la Cantidad de Veces que puede responder el encuestado la encuesta?
4. ¿Es posible configurar Obligatoriedad en las respuestas?
5. ¿Es posible configurar que una encuesta sea completamente anónima, es decir, que nadie tenga forma de saber quién respondió?
6. ¿La herramienta permite generar links individuales para cada encuestado?
7. ¿Es posible hacer seguimiento de quién respondió la encuesta sin necesidad de pedirle datos personales al encuestado?
8. ¿Cuales son los medios de envío de las encuestas?
9. ¿Qué tipo de preguntas se pueden configurar?
10. ¿Se pueden configurar Respuestas Condicionadas o Ramificadas?

A Nivel del Dashboard

1. ¿La herramienta cuenta con algún Dashboard o tablero de datos?
2. ¿Es posible personalizar el Dashboard de acuerdo con las necesidades de la compañía?
3. ¿Es posible agregar filtros al Dashboard para ver por ejemplo los resultados de una persona especifica, área, año, etc?
4. ¿Es posible exportar los resultados de las encuestas en diferentes formatos?
5. ¿Es posible generar históricos cruzando datos de encuestas realizadas en años anteriores?
6. ¿Es posible construir gráficos a partir de la unión de las respuestas de algunas preguntas especificas?
7. ¿La herramienta arroja análisis descriptivo, predictivo y recomendaciones a partir de los datos?
8. ¿Tiene integración de IA o Maching Learning?

A Nivel de seguridad

1. ¿La herramienta cuenta con administración de usuarios para el acceso a la herramienta?
2. ¿Es posible administrar los roles o permisos de funciones en los accesos a la herramienta de los diferentes usuarios?
3. ¿Hay control de acceso para la configuración de las encuestas y asignación de roles o perfiles?
4. ¿Hay control de acceso para el acceso al Dashboard y los resultados de las encuestas?
5. ¿Cuándo el usuario va a contestar la encuesta, debe loguearse?
6. ¿Cuánto es el Tiempo de Retención de la Información en la plataforma?
7. ¿El Almacenamiento de los Datos es en la Nube?
8. ¿Cuentan con Backup de la información?

Yes, it's possible to assign values to each option, and calculate them with the Form Calculation widget. You can also populate hidden fields conditionally, like with a different location answers , insert that to your Autoresponder email which your user will receive upon submission.

You may also set different form limits such as end period, or submission limit. To make your form anonymous, simply don't collect name and email field with your form. Generating links for each responder is not possible, but every submission received on your form will be collected individually through your form tables. Without asking for name, email or other PII details, the only way to identify users is through their IP address which is automatically collected on form submission.

You may share your forms using its direct URL or by assigning it to others. There are also multiple question types available such as input text, long text, single choice and multiple choice, and so on. You may also check out our list of widgets you can use in creating your forms. In Forms, you can set up conditional logic, or create further automation through Jotform Workflows.

With Jotform, you can create reports or view your submissions in tables. Filters can also be applied so that only specific submissions matching your criteria shows. Submissions can also be exported as CSV, Excel or PDFs. Right now, Machine Learning integration is not yet implemented on submissions, but you may create AI agents that can help assist your potential customers with your forms.
