Review Before Submit option: Removing the index for each item

There is incorrect numbering in the Review before Submission section making it confusing for the user.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you referring to the form 250824590074154? If yes, I cloned your form and this is what I am seeing in the Review Before Submit page:

Can you share more details about why would the numbering be wrong, and what should be the correct numbering?

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

The reason it is wrong is because Question #1.1 has #3 in front of it for no reason, Question #2.4 has the number 9 in front of it for no reason and so on.

Unfortunately, we don't have an option to remove the index for each item on the Review Before Submit page of the Card layout form. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
