    Good Morning,

    We believe we were charged wrong or need explination in the increase of our cost in program. We are a nonprofit organization and cannot pay this full price amount for this platform.

    Please explain.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your account subscription, the reason your bill went up was because you were given a one time discount during your first year subscription with the Bronze yearly plan. Once the discount expires, your yearly plan will be back to its original pricing. Check out your first yearly invoice and your current yearly invoice breakdown to see the difference. If you want to take advantage of a permanent discount, we offer 50% discount for Non-Profit organization. You just have to fill-out our form and wait for a notification from our relevant team.

    Regarding the form for the nonprofit discount. To apply for the 50% discount available for nonprofit organizations, you need to fill out the application form found on our Non-Profit Pricing page. Here's how:

    1. Go to this link. On the pricing page, click on any plan you prefer.

    2. On the checkout page, fill-out the form, then click Submit Application.

    Once you submit the form, you will receive a notification from our relevant team regarding the discount.
