AI Agent - Causing the screen on iPhone to grey with not option to continue.

Hi, I have had to remove the AI agent from out website as it was causing the screen on the iPhone to grey after clicking the AI tab for assistance, with no option to move forward. Can you tell me what can be done as it was working up to a few days ago. I have tried a reinstall and still the same, not happening on the Samsung phone. This is concerning as I don't know how many people have been effectively locked out of the website.
