    Hi Shantanu,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To help you with transferring ownership of the form, could you confirm if you are the owner of the form? If so, I can see that this form is linked with another Jotform account. Are you familiar with the email address r*han@br*ubr*nds.com? If so, log in to that account, and from there, you can transfer the form to your intended Jotform account. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In the My Workspace page, click on your Avatar in the upper right corner of the page.

    2. Click Settings in the pop-up.

    3. On the left side dashboard panel, go to Data tab.

    4. Scroll and click on the Transfer Forms green button.

    5. A verification will be sent to your account's email address, Enter that Verification code and click on Verify.

    6. After the verification, you should be able to see the form listed as Pending Transfer.

Now, the new form owner should accept the transfer:

    1. They can go to their Data page or check their Email to view the details of the transfer request.

    2. Enter the Verification code, that was sent to their email address, and click on Verify.

    3. The new form owner can either Accept or Deny a transfer request.

    4. Click on Accept to receive the form.

We suggest double-checking other products connected to the form and removing active integrations.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Mary Eden,
Very detailed answer, but I do not see the green Transfer button in step 4. All I see is:

    Hi Shantanu18,

We can do it for you in case you don't find that option on your account. We can only transfer the forms if the request comes from the owner of the form. The forms' owner needs to create a support ticket using their Jotform account requesting to transfer their form/s. We also require the Form URL of the forms and the username or email of the account to which the forms will be transferred.

Once forms are transferred from your account to another account, the recipient becomes the new owner of those forms. The transfer cannot be reversed unless the new owner explicitly approves returning the forms to your account. If you're using a custom URL for your forms, it will automatically update from https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug} to https://form.jotform.com/{New_Owner_Username}/{your-custom-url-slug}. If this works for you, we’ll go ahead with transferring the forms.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.Form Transfer Request Image 1 Screenshot 20
