Prefill Function

What am looking to do is I have employees with Social Security numbers and what I would like to do is be able to use a Social Security number as the unique ID but then give them the pre-fill function for what they have chosen for their current benefits and then also bring in any dependents that are associated with? Could I use Jott forms AI agent for the pre-fill function and how would the pre-fill function work with what benefits they currently have selected and be able to show them that?

This means that SSL and Encrypted Forms features must be used to ensure the safety and protection of sensitive information. You can also check our Terms of Use to learn more. It is the sole responsibility of the form owner to ensure compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information collected.You can use Jotform AI Agents to collect relevant data from users, including SSNs, by linking your forms to the agents. 

As for prefilling the form using AI agent, the certain option we have is to fill out the form, which may include the SSN, using the agent. We have a guide on How to Create an AI Agent from an Existing Form that you can check.
