Trying to pull a submissions report for my 2024-25 Youth Programs Risk Mgmt Application Form but the wrong report displays

When I go to 2024-2025 Youth Programs Risk Management and run the submissions report. I get a report for 2023 -24 Youth Programs Risk Management report.

The name of the submissions report I am using is 2024-25 Risk Management report and the screen shot shows what report I am receiving.
