How to download my submission data?

I want to download Submission but I keep getting Invoice instead. My invoice generation option is turned off but still get the same result. I try to have the same set up for all my forms but this only happens to one of them.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked on your PDF editor, you only have an invoice as your PDF document. If you want to download a PDF document, I would suggest you a new PDF document. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, in the blue navigation bar, click on New PDF.
2. A popup will show to Create a New PDF Document and click on Use Default Layout.

But if just want to download an Excel or CSV file, you can check out on this guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
