I lost my form information. What can I do?

Spent months building a contract in which I have years worth of client information on.

cannot find the contract or the client info.

please advise asap as I’m losing money due to my inability to provide current prospect my contract.

I can see that this account has no forms associated with it. Maybe you used another Jotform account? Also, do you have the Form URL of the form you're referring to?
