Hi Roger,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, does the form hang on 'Please wait' immediately after clicking Submit, or does it get stuck at a specific part of the form when filling it out? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
For now, I cleared your form caches to refresh your data and to help your forms work faster and efficiently. Try also to clear your browser's cache to speed up the page loading process. Can you give it another try and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you take a screenshot of the console log error and send it here? That'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Roger,
It looks like your form is stuck on "Please wait" due to several issues indicated in the console errors. The form is embedded in a sandboxed iframe without the necessary "allow-forms" permission, which could be blocking the submission process. Try embedding the form using the iFrame method and ensuring that the hosting page allows form submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the iFrame method option, and click on Copy Code.
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
