Forms: How to revert to old form after the changes?

why this form got changes, i need the old form

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean there were changes made to your form fields? If so, you can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 
3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

Could you describe the issue you're encountering when trying to revert your form? Additionally, could you let us know which version you'd like to revert to?

I saw by mistake all fields of this form changed, We need the version of 29 th March.

The version on March 29th has some fields and widgets removed. I found this version from October 23, 2024. Is this the correct version that needs to be restored?:
